Wasn't expecting any good results as it was a tad warm. The run was hampered further by a bout of ibs. Still managed to run 10 seconds quicker than last month! 3/100

Been a bit slow to get June started as I managed to twang my old back niggle on Thursday morning (don't stack the dishwasher folks, it's bad for you ) and it's taken a couple of days to stop creaking. But off the mark with a steady parkrun this morning. 4.7/100.
