Bit rubbish when you think 52 was in one weekend but I’ve had 2 weeks working away and a weekend of no running last weekend so I’ll cut me some slack. I am going to take foot off the running gas for a while as I really need to put some effort in to helping with the garden so runs will be morning or lunchtime and one evening run. (Unless I get bored gardening)

Enjoy the gardening gg, I need to follow your example! Signing off for March with 105.8/100 after a somewhat damp visit to Hyde Park for the Last Friday of the month 5k. Properly chuffed with myself for taking 62 seconds off my PB! Definitely worth getting wet feet for 😃
GimmeMedals Mar 2023 1:58pm, 31 Mar 2023 24,753 posts	0 GimmeMedals I'm declaring on 68/100, my lowest month of the year, due mostly, to 10 days on top of a steep hill in the Spanish sunshine. I ran every day but only a mile or two as it was so hilly. Worth it though April will be my first proper attempt at a 100 miler.
