Well done tipsku, that's a satisfyingly round km total! And congrats to the most recent line-crossers. 5.8M on a lovely sunny evening - it's so nice once it's light enough to run in the parks after work! 97.3/100, with just a short easy run to come on Wednesday as some sort of mini-taper as I appear to be racing both Friday and Sunday (not one of my best bits of timing!). |

Oh double race weekend good luck CasB I got out for my run and it was so nice I went adventuring and clocked up 5.2m k could have happily stayed out. So nice to have the light nights back. Cracking mileage Tipsku! Congrats. |

Very Impressive, tipsku! I bailed on my run this morning. I got a couple of hundred yards down the road and thought "Why am I doing this? My hips a bit sore, I'm tired, and I don't need the miles". So I turned around and walked home! Disrupted Mrs3M's morning routine. . A longish morning of interview assessments ahead (I'm in a gap between candidates at the moment), so unlikely I'll bother today! |

Still a couple of miles ahead of me, 3M π Seriously though. Hope your day isn't too stressful. I won't be running tomorrow but hope to maybe get a couple more runs in before the end of the month. I won't be disappointed if I don't though. Life gets in the way sometimes. |

3M, it sounds as if you're where just about everyone doing London is, exhausted, aching and more than ready to taper. (Even I'm thereabouts and I haven't bothered doing most of the training.) I'm sure you made a wise decision.

Thanks both. (Another break in interviews.) 20 miles on Thursday, then let the taper begin..... Hope that goes away quickly, Fenland Flier. |
