My plan was scuppered to drive a little way to find the canal to run along as I couldn’t get parked at the hotel when I got back so I drove out anyway, popped to Tesco, came back & got changed despite it being 7.30 and did 3m. I did a push at mile 2 for the virtual mile but it wasn’t the best (little incline and had to stop for traffic at the roundabout but it’s in reserve if I need it. 124.5/100 Get well soon FF
