geordie the red nosed reindeer Dec 2022 9:56am, 22 Dec 2022 19,489 posts	0 geordie the red nosed reindeer Despite feeling very run down, tired and a little bit of a cold coming on I got out for a few short slow miles today - ended off trying to track down the loser of their house keys - gave up dropped at the local shop updated FB to say lost, found and are here and headed home. Few meetings then finished at lunchtime - I may do a 2nd run later. 46/75 Well done Ness and Hibeedeb for the 1200.

However, saying that I'm not going to make it this month. Intended to run this morning but still felt tired so opted for an extra hour in bed!
