3M (aka MarkyMarkMark)
5 miles to work this morning gets me to 25/100. Gaining on the sweeper .
We have a visit from the King & Queen today - so the last 1/4 mile included more enthusiastic/early than usual bin-collection, a council litter picker, more police and stewards than you can shake a stick at, and crowd control barriers! (Since then, the motorcade has whipped past the office in about 15 seconds flat!! π€£ππ€£)

Don't underestimate how tired out you'll be as a result of the relatively unaccustomed gym work, Rosehip.
