I'm glad I have to option to postpone a run if it's like that and have the opportunity to go out at a time when it's not raining so much! Hope the weather has some mild, dry spells for you.

I always try to run the first day of the month but I’m travelling today and a 4:30 taxi and home about 10:30 tonight it’s not possible. The weekend is catching up on me too so a rest day won’t go amiss. Here’s to another great month all and hope injuries and niggles stay away.
