Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I recall a shoulder/neck injury weath...very frustrating when it's not directly running related and you want to run. Mine lasted several months and I resorted to strong pain killers. Though it still hurt! Hope yours clears up quickly.

68/100 after a run in the rain! Again!!

MMM, one of my friends, who used to run for our club but has now moved back to Ireland, had a place in the Tokyo marathon. She’d already booked a 3-week trip, so she’s still going on the holiday.

Jennyh: Got up to loo in middle of night last Thursday, fainted and gashed my forehead. Likely to be due to normally low resting HR (48 on routine preop ECG last year) but just checking out nothing more sinister. Won't get results for another 6 weeks.
Swim around wreck this morning now heading out for a run up the hill before next storm arrives ...

Lols at Peter having ECG and then a couple of days later is sea swimming around a wreck and running up a hill!

That said, Peter, I do hope it's nothing to be concerned about.

63/100, bad back seems to respond well to exercise. It's sitting still that's the problem. 37 required in 9 days....feeling mildly confident.
