6 today, including a lovely run around the RSPB HQ - on 50.5/100 so 3 days behind schedule - still doable though

Another 4.2 miles, slow pace but pain free which matters. Normal service should be resumed soon.

81.1/100. Optimistic for 100, 125 may be a stretch.

4 windy but dry miles this morning, with some 1/4 mile efforts thrown in.

Hi all,
Have been massively busy in work, and whilst I’ve still been able to fit my running in my brain has been too frazzled most of the time to do much else. Hope everyone is coping okay with the rubbish weather.
Am on 93.8/100. Of the three races I was supposed to do this month, I have done one. One was postponed until March due storm Ciara, then one last Sunday was due to go ahead until around 7pm on Saturday when it looked like the Taff May burst its banks - the right call as much of the course was underwater by Sunday morning.
