82.8/100 after a slightly unexpected 10.5 miles this afternoon. Legs felt good so I committed to a loop and really enjoyed it :)

Feeling bad now for not having gone for a run, fake parkrun or anything. Just baked some biscuits and had some with a cup of tea so not a wasted day ;-)

Tomorrow morning might be a 10-miler. I'll spend the evening seeing if I can upgrade on the "might" bit.

61/100. Still.

What will be, will be Roberton-don’t feel guilty or beat yourself up 👍

8 mile xc today takes me to a poor 46/100 - bags of time 😆

Still loads of time and any mileage is good mileage under the current circumstances.

3 mile run/walk with MrsH then 3 miles faster on my own. A very lazy week but that's OK.

89 Down - I'm not a moaner about attitude during the locking but I want to share my run review from this morning with a little comment.

Don't be the runners I talk about below

A monster 8 for me which is long these days, went for the tow path as it was early. Mistake really as it mobbed and now I shall talk about manners. I have as you all know had no issues when I run as I chill out so 2 stories from today. 1. Coming towards 2 walkers and as I say excuse me they swapped sides with each other, what followed was 3 adults stood still laughing at what had just happened. That is the good. The bad, 2 runners sadly. 1 basically ran at me into a corner wheezing and sweating before swerving at the last moment. (I was already over on the grass) and the other was polite but wouldnt move from the middle of the path. These are the people that get the rest of us grief because they have to get their run done. THIS IS WHY I HAVE AVOIDED THE CANAL :-(

Such a shame, Gobi. The reason why, much to my husband’s disgust, I’ve still been getting up at 6am to run before the paths get busy. I’ve also avoided our local canal towpath.

Another 5 miler for me taking my total to 80/100.

12 easy, although having not run a marathon for 4 years, or even a half for two and a half years, an easy 12 doesn’t feel very easy any more.

106 for the month and 4/4

The awkward moments can be quite amusing, had it a few times now where you’ll get walkers, runners, cyclists all at the same time! But the ignorant ones are very annoying.

Opening gates with your elbows is a new skill as well 😂

My rough plan this morning was 5 ish miles, after 2 I’d had enough so thought about heading home. Ended up doing a half ! Can be strange at times running.
