Having not done a 20m week for ages I can't see myself moving up a group for this weekend but I am aiming to get my 800m before Christmas so I can chill until the new year (I will still run but not target hunting as such!) have been looking back at my pre-running pre-married life photos when I rode horses (3-5hrs a day even on a school day) and was slim and trim and gawgus. I was also so confident of achieving every goal I set (I qualified for the Royal Internation Horse Show and Horse of the Year Show 8 times and only 20 odd qualified for each show across teh country each year. Oh and i won classes at the National Championships several times too!) I want that feeling back, enjoying what I do and being damn good at it, looking good and knowing I can do it. That's my 2009 goal
