Been here since March 2005. Had been steadily improving and continuing to set pbs until I decided to have knee surgery for my torn meniscus in October 2006. Unfortunately, I have struggled to return to running and other activities due to more pain, instability and catching than I ever had before. Running changed my life and I am still looking for a way back. To date, I have spent over £5400 on my knee... it's not over yet!
