Debstir Made it to the start line with about 10 - 15 minutes to spare thanks to problems at work! Warm night, no wind and pretty tough for such a relatively flat course. But setting off too fast probably didn't help! Enjoyed this though with a PB to boot, I think.

EyeSpy21 A very nice race in a very nice area and a very nice pb (by 6 mins), but that was expected. Found it a tough run though. 2 lap course with a few hills, one of them significant! Ran with Carnegie runner Catherine Wilson to 3 miles and felt done in by then and let her go. Then latched onto another Carnegie runner and sneaked past him in the finish straight. Knee hurting a bit now but the cheesecake is helping :-) Oh, and met a very nice Fat Boy!

Fat Boy Placed 7th from 73 finishers at the undulating Strathallan 5 Mile Road race. Very pleased with run and a cracking way to spend a Saturday evening. Met fellow fetchite 'Eyespy21' who also enjoyed her run.
