purephase this will be my first road race. i only started running earlier this year so im not looking for an amazing time but would like to get as far under 30 minutes as i can. well i finished under 30 minutes ( the time is unofficial, from my own watch ) , very pleased with the time considering i have not trained all week because of a heavy cold and was suffering from almost completely blocked sinuses the last 2k ( yes still got the cold) .
