High Legh 10k - it was warm!! First half went really well, but then I started feeling a bit hot and struggled to sustain the pace in the second - which is always harder, even on a good day with the bridges. Overall though happy enough, chip time 50.28, think it's my second fastest time on the course - and over 3 minutes faster than last year. Leaflet had a good run - sub 45 for the second time.
