It's quite surprising how being exceedingly cross with one's Husband can translate to being able to run hard for longer than usual...

Garmin has been nagging me to do 3x7 minutes for ages so decided it was as good a way to spend an hour as any.
Third one was struggling into the wind and underfoot was awkward so it only took a couple of horses on the track to persuade legs to cut it short. Otherwise was OK and just about hit the hr garmin was asking for.
