Plan said at least an hour, garmin said one hr 17 mins so I started that and tried to ignore it's hr zone - ended up in it anyway :( few steps of walking here and there to try to moderate hr on the upslopes and more walks around the worst mud on the farm track when I decided to ignore road shoes and go squish a bug on the way home.
Rained for the first two miles, had just about got dry when it started again in the last mile and I got drenched :)
