Garmin said 1hr 27 ' long run' but with a more sensible hr target than usual (117 to 141) of course having spent the last month trying to find the higher range that's where my legs go to and it was beeping 'too high' all the time...
had a 4:20/40s run walk alert on an app on phone as there doesn't seem to be a way to get run-walk alerts to work with garmin coach runs and if I don't start the workout it doesn't think I've done anything - and now I've started with the coachy thing it's harder to drop it
(6 miles fitted in fine with the HH plan this week too and am happy to keep in some form of run walk in the 'long run') extra short walks to cross roads and once when bumped into MrsC.

Anyway - enjoyed that :) despite trundling around the roads because that's where the bugs were and the mud isn't.

missed half the rundles as forgot where they'd landed.
