I'd seen the weather forecast and half-planned to run towards Wigton with a tail wind, aiming for two hours on feet, and get eL Bee! to pick me up, but I talked myself out of it AGAIN. Did this instead. My legs were boinging along quite nicely when I wasn't fighting the wind, and the tail wind back from Prospect was nice. Wasn't raining, wasn't icy, I WIN!
Blood donation this afternoon. The immediate effects are never as bad as I think they're going to be.
