Notes & Comments

First run for 7 days. Early for me because we're going out. Cold, stiff breeze from the north-west. Legs OK. The long pause just past two miles was to talk to a dog and its humans.
HR about 8bpm higher than I'd expect for that pace and perceived effort. Impressed that my Garmin recognised it as a base run.
Didn't push the distance because pre-marathon my plan was to do no runs of more than an hour until 21st December and there's no reason for that to change. Yet.
