Fetchpointing with eL Bee!. He led and I tried to keep up. Wore VF4% to see if the superfoam made the back of my left thigh nip less, but I don't think it made any difference.
Earlier rain went off apart from one short shower almost as soon as we left the house, but it was blowing a hoolie from the west. I think it was cold early on and then quite warm in the sun, but the wind was so distracting that it was difficult to judge the temperature.

Thanks :) Joe Friel says a head wind is hill climbing in disguise, and every runner knows that hills are speedwork in disguise, so I'm sure it'll have been good for me :)
