Whitehaven parkrun. Asked eL Bee! to run at the same pace as we ran two days ago, but today I had to let him go. Still, it was a pleasant morning and a guaranteed season's best.

Thanks, riggys99 :) Yes, *that* bit of leg is not currently what's limiting my speed. It's much better. I just need to get back to running regularly and, sadly but realistically, trim a little bit of flesh off my old bones.
