Far too hot & humid. Took the wheels off rather than waiting until they came off! Decided to treat it as training - so on pace to halfway, felt a bit sick at mile 7 - we jeffed the rest.

I went for a 3 miles run at midday when it was "only" 29C. I was very glad I wasn't running any further, certainly not a HM, so I can well understand you pre-emptively taking your wheels off. Being sensible is being wise.
