That felt a lot easier than the pace suggests it should have. Running easy and chatting with RB and I didn’t feel too breathless despite having a cold.

It might have to be, FF. It's the right pace (based on the latest parkrun time that I've just put into the PJ calculator) and I won't be running tomorrow as we have to take the camper van on an outing :)
