Don’t be hard on yourself Linds, 2 very good reasons why you should have been taking it easy today xx
Giving blood alone takes a fair chunk of your oxygen transport away for a while - wouldn’t Rory about the time. Or even worry about it. Autocorrect on storming form today, been commiserating with a non fetchie friend about her shin donuts as well.
As Mrs Jigs says Linds, that’s two very good reasons to take it easy, and to have only just missed sub 30 in the heat and after giving blood is pretty impressive. When I last donated a few weeks back I found running really hard for about a week afterwards. Be kind to yourself lovely xx
Thank you. I felt good after the first mile then just awful for the rest....
I find giving blood has a massive impact - especially on anything beyond about 20 minutes. It is really warm too.
Looks good to me!
I think you did brilliantly especially given the circumstances. Go easy on yourself and have a rest xx
Absolutely what everyone else says above!!
