hls Very hot and struggled after 5k, especially last 0.5 to 1k but ran the whole thing, first race I've done without walking :)

Im A Runner Enjoyed the race itself, 3 seconds of a PB so not bad considering the route. I actually ran the race faster than it took to get out of the car park.

lambkin Felt great to begin with. Ran the first 5k in around 23 mins. Totally lost it about 6 k in and jogged till the 8k marker. Found my second wind then and ran hard for the last 2k. Bit disappointed but glad to beat last years time. 55th woman I think.
