fetcheveryone Nice! After a heavy month of training (150km run in June, up from 60k in May, with long long runs included), I'm very happy to have taken 1:05 off my PB, and 1:10 off my course best. Got to 7km at 35:05, and lost a bit of time on the slopes of the last 3k. Still very happy, and got another chance in a months time to break the magic 50. Thanks for all the nice things you've been saying!

Gobi still not running fast, but ran reasonably well on Sunday. Just gonna go with the flow and see what happens. No thoughts of real speed. As expected, a little slow at the start but settled nice and finished strong. Saw Tinribs and fetch who PB'd also S3ob and Apps so all in all a good evening

TW A new pb....only decided to run at the last minute, so entered on the day.
The triathlon training must be working as I did a new pb, 30 secs faster than previous and 1min 50secs faster than last year at Yateley.
21.17 for 5ks, 21.06 for 2nd 5kms.

Waveydavey It was a bit breezy at the start, but generally the race concitions were excellent. This was my best 10K time for a couple of years. I was particularly pleased that I kept it steady throughout the race and even managed to push on a bit towards the end.
