joint ear knee Undulating is an under statement! Thighs went ping at 21 miles, but kept the next four miles under 9 mins, and finished with 8.18 and something left in the tank. Parking nonsense and mile markers consistently too soon meant it was half a mile from the 26 marker to the finish! Still not a bad event overall.
