Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) Doing this as part of marathon training as usual, this will be my 5thyear in a row :) Woke up with DOMS after a hard interval session on Friday, good job I wasn't aiming on racing this as it wouldn't have happened, as it was I needed an average pace of 7.38, managed 7.39 according to my garmin, however I did stop at a couple of water stations and mile 9-10 was hit with stomach cramps which slowed me up considerably and had an enforced 'pit stop' so actual time was slower. Was pleased to finish 2nd in category though :-)
