The Outlaw Fast, flat, one lap through Bushy Park. Good start, but went out a bit too fast and suffered over the last 3K. 5K @ approx 18:40. A good result - 45 seconds faster than last year; 34th/533; 2nd V50 (same as last year!); 1st Ranelagh V50; 7th Ranelagh overall. Pleasant, warm evening afterwards, with enjoyable post race atmosphere, food, drinks and lengthy prize giving proceedings. No problem with my hamstring during the race.
