Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

GAZGIB Oh dear what a poor time after a 47:30 just a few days earlier. Whether it was too soon to race again, or whether it was playing football with the kids the day before, or whether its the extra weight I'm still carrying or whether it was the weather, I'm not sure, but I felt rough from the 2k mark on. Picked up a bit of speed for 8, 9 & 10 but was a very dissapointing run overall.

Puffing Bertie Well that was one of my worst races.........the course was lovely and the support was fantastic, specially the familys with their garden hoses out for us, but my knee was a big pain and my fitness is still rubbish, oh well next year i will at least be sure of beating that time!
Lovely to see EdB and friend and Blue Pete :-)

RG Postie (RGP) Probably my favorite 10k,but due to injury I treated this as a training run along with Puffing Bertie,a very warm day made bearable by the great support with their hoses, hopefully after my surgery I can come back next year and run it harder.
