Hills of Death (HOD) Club Champs Race. Was on course for PB 38 mins half way calf went hobbled round 2nd half in pain :(

TROSaracen First outing since mabo, and a PB but it was tough. Fabulous conditions but not having done much training lately told a bit and I faded in the last couple of miles, especially the long climb in mile 9 and quite happy to PB as it was touch and go for a while.

EarlyRiser Last minute decision to do this one. Not done a 10 before. What do you reckon? Under 1:15? Who knows, maybe. Post-race. Great conditions. Foggy! Ran well throughout. Very pleased with time.

automatic shoes Started off steady and never really sped up. Combination of a toilet stop and the uphill between 8 and 9 put paid to any idea of coming in under 90 mins.
