RichHL I need a flat 10k. My 10k times so far have been on undulating or cross-country courses. I think I'll have a proper go at this and see how far under 45 minutes I can go. Took the first 4k far too easy but I'm pleased with my time given that it was my first race back following a virus. Next 10k is Bourn which is hilly.
