Poots Started at the back and ran the first lap slowly. Saw Rebecca and Sarah on second lap and decided to give it a go. Lungs felt like could have pushed much harder but ankle and back both tight. Pushed from 7k and though it was hard, it felt good to be able to maintain it. A bit of training and some good luck (about time!!) re injuries and hopefully, I'll get back to where I was....
