Muds A long 5, probably nearer 5.5miles. Superb course. So many hills on frozen chalk! Ran Ok cold better now but I felt as though I had lost something.

WatfordTim very cold (-3) and hilly. Ran in spikes. bad move as the ground was rock hard. Ankles suffering now! Good finish. 83. a bigger field than Grovelands. Had my kit bag nicked from the locker room. B*&^Stards!
