Cobra Batman A good cheap race well organised and very generous goody bag. The run was a bit painfully for me and the weather was wild but a good day none the less.

MAD Superman 1 big 8m lap & 2 small 6m laps. Big hill to start each lap but not too bad after that. Lots of traffic. Pleased with the average and was fairly consistent with the pace all the way through. On coarse for sub 3 at Paris. Strong wind and heavy rain throughout the race made it hard work. Left foot hurt at end but hopefully nothing serious.

swittle Just as tough as when I last ran it 7 years ago. I've slowed in that time but only by 12 minutes and a small neg. split together with the last 5 run in 41 minutes made for a merry return to Merseyside :)

yolandem What was the crazy weather all about?!!! also found the running along the A roads scary!! I know the race was nice and cheap but surely they could have provided a little something at the end??!! would have loved a mars bar :)
