Mattw4de Last proper race of the year, Strong attempt to go under 1h30 with full on go at 1h25. WIth last few runs in Training going quicker than PB's this is almost a dead cert!!!! 4.5 Mins PB so Feel Great.

DickyDare Revised predicted time after 2 weeks out with calf strain, had good first 8 .5 miles was on for 1.28 but lack of longer runs in training really told at about 9 mile mark until 11.5miles but last mile was good at 6min 40 and had a little left at the end.
