Notes & Comments

Stroud half marathon-despite niggling ache in right knee started well, perhaps a little too fast. But I'd set myself new goal of getting under two hours, which would have been the fastest I have run this year. It was hard going and not as flat as they would have you believe; but in the end not a bad effort and gives me a benchmark for next year.
