Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

AngeM Two and half minutes slower than last year but I guess, it's to be expected considering the 8 month injury lay off, so it'll do as a marker of my fitness right now. Nice little race with encouraging marshalls, and I think it's scenic!

Dirk Am failry pleased although just a little slower than last year (16 secs!) but this time last year i didn't have an 11 weeks old daughter and 11 weeks of sleepless nights - so like to think i could have done better if i'd had more sleep! Roll on next year...

LEECE Run was pretty good.. started off bit too quick, been suffering with bad chesty cough and virus for weeks. So would of been happy with the same time i done 2 years ago which was 1:08 something.

Walked couple of places as i got light headed.. could of brought home a 1:02:00 realistically but onwards and up.

slowfish No PB so no pressure. Plan was to run at target HM pace (7.38) No problems, even the hill at mile 5 didnt slow me down too much. Pushed the last mile and a half, very strong finish. (7.30,7.35,7.35,7.34,7.51,7.24,7.12)
