Ally2 a 2 lap undulating course in sunshine. went with gordon lee for 1 mile then lonely running for 6miles always with lee in sight. Slog up ashfordby hill in mile 7 a real killer. Came 2nd in huge PB.

wildebeast not done this for years only remember 1 bad hill,was a really nice race with two steep hills 3 mins slower than 2003 but not surprising slowed on the hills but ran well,about50 mins travelling time
