Whisper Horrendous mud, and I stupidly ran past a drinks station and couldn't get anything to drink for 12 miles. Had a big dip in the middle but recovered in the last 5 miles.

SueW Wet, muddy and enjoyable! Much slower than last year but i'm not surprised. Training has been restricted to allow my dodgy ankle to recover. Run time reflected training done!
