Duke of Drayton Taking it easy on this one! Aimed for 49 - 50mins did just that so very pleased. Good run, some crazy headwinds that disappeared when you hoped for them to be on your back. Well organised with a nice medal. I look forward to trying for a new PB in March.

Fright_freak First race I've entered..If I can enter on the day I'll run it.
Pretty nervous at the thought of it tbh, but I'm aiming to just enjoy it and not get too caught up with trying to run too fast...Famous last words...

flanker 10k PB from Garmin & ST, but course measured long so not a 'real' PB :-S Given the strong headwind and number of tight hairpin turns I'm reasonably happy with that.

Crash Hamster PB by 1 second, which was amazing considering that I didn't have my watch on elapsed time, just splits.

Hibeedeb pleased with this, as it's a pb, off the back of ultra training - not an 'official' pb, but as my 10k pb was on a 9.5k course, I'm counting it!

kylie_smiley very chuffed, as I had done my first 10k at end of September in 1:18:54, having walked a fair chunk. Ran all of this one and beat the time I'd set myself. Was very windy in places, but would like to do it again in March as a benchmark and as part of my HM training.
