I started running about 4 years ago in an attempt to prompt myself to give up smoking. Which I did, 3 and a half years ago. And I kept on running.
So far I've not even done a race, but I just enjoy running for the sake of doing it. A bit of info I'm a musician. I play guitar and sing in a band. Write songs which I record and produce. You can buy the EP of my band - The kill Trons - on itunes and Amazon now. Here's the amazon link: amazon.co.uk It's a bit Bowie, Elvis Costello, Shins, Ben Folds, Squeeze. But with, hopefully, my own take on things in there too. That's the aim at least. I also run an audio team for a video game dev studio and am also the principal composer..No, I don't make the bleeps and boops sounds..The last project we did I recorded the string and brass sections in Abbey Road recording studio.
