But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. 40 year old from Birmingham and only took up running properly a couple of years ago after being inspired by watching the Great North Run on the telly.
I've managed to battle through three marathons so far but on each occasion with an injury. My only goal at the moment is to train and run for a marathon injury free.
