Forest Runner Pleased to get my second sub 95 minutes in two weeks. Now I have to push on in search of that elusive sub 90 minutes.

funkin Going for sub 1:30 on this one. As for betting potential, I wouldn't say its guaranteed but you've a good chance of earning some credits here :) ** UPDATE ** Pacing is such a good thing. I started really steadily and ensured that I didn't go off too quickly. After mile 1 it was just steady pacing throughout, with a slightly faster final mile as I rejoined a busier group of people. John66 Feel very demotivated so aim is just to get round and definitely won't take Garmin. Won't beat Reading time despite it being both flat and local. Don't bother betting. Hooray Perfect weather, a few familiar fetchies, didn't go off too fast for a change thanks to Keiren abd friend (Claire?) and felt comfortable all the way through. Thanks to PB for cycling alongside - that helped immensely. Very happy.

Kieren Using this one as a training run as I'm not in PB shape & I know I'd only be upset failing to run to my potential. Paced Claire for the first 3 miles at just over 10mm pace, then sped up to about 8mm pace which I was able to hold comfortably. The legs took the distance well which was good and it was really nice being a bit further down the field for a change - it's a nicer crowd there - more commeradery. The weather was pefect for running being overcast with light rain about half way through.

Kittenheels Kath Ooh, it's so good to begin a half-marathon time with 1hour somthing! It's taken me 5 years to get to this point! Pacing was good throughout, as was form. Special thanks to Puff who popped up at various stages to offer words of encouragement. Splits: 1=8.56, 2=8.32, 3=8.58, 4=9.12, 5&6= 18.34, 7=8.39, 8=9.33, 9=9.28, 10=9.15, 11=9.02, 12=8.54, 13=9.38
