\J\ Quite pleased I guess. mixed feelings, I was bit faster than last year, though last year I went a harder route (on beach), though maybe the route I took was a bit longer so suppose it evens out. Was a bit worried about racing as I was on airport duty before race (up at 4.30 am) anyway I didnt feel to bad. Think I went to quick on first mile (can't view as I must of switched auto lap off on my garmin).. No injury problems which is good.

batmouse I really enjoyed that today. It was a fab race. Thanks to fellow Stroller Amy I did better than I predicted for a change. Found the last stretch of sand hard. I love my fleece.

Coulson First time doing this race & i'd heard good things. I wasn't disappointed, what a great race! Thats apart from a gate marshal telling me there was only 2 miles to go at the 4 mile stage & then my hamstring deciding to give me gip. I'll defo be looking to do this again next year, cheers Strollers!

makem 1 first time for this one, although i have trained along the cliff paths , behind the shooting range , could be a canny one with the wind behind ya, although i,ve had a case of the dreaded shin splints lately , still think al be there for this one . its me local race !!!!!! # update # wow ! what a race had a little bit of every thing, paths ,track , grass , pebbles and bloody beach lol , first mile was on the beach , what a killer , little bit slower today with an average pace of 7.10 . but all in all a smashing day, def be doing it again , no the wonder the race just gets bigger and bigger

nochickenstrip 1st time for this one, a little tough underfoot, multi-terrain, beach, grass and promenade with some lovely rock to sprint over near the finish, great day, great conditions, looked like loads of people were having a grand day out! 17th position.
