Grid parkrun Leeds 121. First race since tearing a hamstring exactly four weeks ago. I just wanted to get round, and I'm very pleased with how it went. I felt pretty out of shape, but my legs held up well. In pace terms, I think I am going to have to take it similarly easy for a little while yet.
