Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

AntClark Only 4 weeks after Paris but training for 1 marathon might as well do 2. UPDATE well a nice route if you follow it, took a wrong turn at 19 miles and ran a mile in the wrong direction so 28.2 miles in total. I guess that's my first ultra.

paul a This was intended to be just a gentle training run after FLM. However I hadn't decided what my target pace would be and left this until the first few miles. Felt pretty good so pushed on a half decent pace until the final miles caught up with me a little bit. Pleased though and a nice course, fairly undulating but nothing too brutal. A lonely run as I was alone from mile 2 until the finish. I would say this was a decent race and well organized; hopefully meaning that the organizers will run this every year. I'll be back next year if they do.

UltraCas My second fastest mara ever :D Done with no Garmin or watch as it dies on the startline. Went off waaay too fast and suffered for it later and expect a slow time as a result but had no clue about my time til the end was in sight and I was gobsmacked!
