Farby If I can get a number on the day... the weather, the course and the fact that I am just recovering from injury all adds up to a result nowhere near my PB - but it will be good to be in that racing atmosphere again! :-) *Update* I'm really pleased with this time - weather was atrociously hot, and I almost lost it at the 3km mark - but considering everything the time is a miracle!! :-)

rachel_runner It'll be my first 10k (if I do it) and it will be warm, so anything could happen. (Except being 1st, or 2nd!!) Update: It was a fantastic race and really enjoyed the whole thing. Hope they do it again next year. PB wahoo! (1st 10k)

run fat boy run Phew! that was a hot one, took it very steady for the first 4k, particularly after fridays wibbly wobbly log jog, pleased with result. A quality venue, highly recommendable.

Smudger 3 The slower lioness Enjoyed this race but very hot. didnt enjoy the track with stones and sand on.Probably the hardest 10k ive run due to the heat.So happy with my time because of this. shin splints still there but is not playing up so much when i finish running which is a good sign.sue
