Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

wiglet My prediction might have been a bit ambitious 2 weeks after Abingdon Marathon. Second attempt at this race, 8 minutes better than my first, but those hills were just as daunting as last year - You've got to feel good though, running with soaking wet shoes in the wind and rain across the open fields at the top of the course!

GD Excellent - fantastic organisation by Marlow Striders, and the usual rain & standing water which is kind of fun! I was hoping for a course best, as my previous two efforts had been poor, but wasn't expecting a season's best - most unexpected, I must test myself on a flat course soon!
Anyone else notice any discrepencies with the official timings against what you were expecting? Both my chip & gun times seem to be approx 6 seconds slower than I read/recorded? (see www.chiptiming.co.uk)

TEL2 What a disaster!!! In eighteen years this is the first time I've ever gone over two hours, but at least I went well and truly over! Don't blame it on the weather, blame it on the boogie!
